Cancellation and returns

You are within your rights to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be returned in unfitted condition with its original packaging and in a pristine saleable condition within 14 days of notifying RoadRadio.com of the cancellation. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods, this is non-refundable. If you are unable to return the goods yourself, we can arrange for this to be done on your behalf, but we will charge you for this service. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account or credited less a 15% charge. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
